As the son of a U.S. Air Force Colonel, Ryan’s values of integrity, discipline, and adaptability were instilled from an early age. Ryan lives in Erie with his wife, Rebeccah McIntosh, and their son, Brooks, along with their two beloved rescue dogs, Bentley and Bailey. Outside of real estate, Ryan and Rebeccah are avid CU athletics fans and embrace an active lifestyle—spending their free time skiing, biking, hiking, camping, and golfing.

Rebeccah McIntosh
Rebeccah has called Boulder, Colorado, home since 2000, trading the island life of Key West for the breathtaking beauty of the Colorado Rockies. She graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2015 with a degree in Psychology and spent six years working with a local nonprofit, specializing in supportive care for at-risk youth. This experience deepened her passion for helping people and strengthened her ability to work with individuals from all walks of life.
In 2021, Rebeccah joined the Erickson | McIntosh Group as the Director of Operations. She quickly established herself as a highly skilled professional with a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational abilities, and strong leadership skills. She excels in staging guidance, coordinating professional photography, and ensuring that every aspect of the selling process is executed with precision and care. Her ability to anticipate client needs and streamline the process makes selling a home seamless, stress-free, and successful.
